So I am sure you new moms or seasoned moms can all relate when you say you don’t feel quite as good looking as you once did after you’ve had a kid. This is my first experience with feeling the frumpy mom vibes and they have lasted much longer than I anticipated. To help myself get out of my funk, I am working on giving myself a total mommy makeover which included going more blonde, buying that YSL foundation that feels like silk on my skin, getting to the gym (still working on that), and getting the beautiful white teeth I have always dreamed of.
Naturally when Smile Brilliant wanted to collaborate I was so excited! I have been looking far too long at my honey mustard colored teeth and neeeeeded a change. Have you noticed that everyone just looks better with big white teeth? My mother-in-law has whiter teeth than me and I am a millennial so this is a necessity for me!!!!
First I have to say that when I try products I always give an honest review, I take into consideration the price, user friendliness (if that’s even a word) and results, and this product is a ten out of ten in all three categories.
These teeth whitening trays are very simple to use and come with plenty of bleach to get the results you want. I was surprised how fast my teeth were noticeably whiter, I have had stained teeth for a while and nothing seemed to be working. After about seven treatments I was getting compliments on how white my teeth were. But I am planning on going allll the way, like I want my teeth to be so white that their brightness breaks the flash on my camera;)
The thing I liked best about this was how simple it was to make the molds and send them in. I have been to the dentist plenty of times and every time they put a clay mold in my mouth I can’t help but dread the gagging. It takes forever and is never pleasant but with this at home kit, it was so simple and much faster minus the gagging, whew. They send it with a prepaid envelope so as soon as you make your molds you can ship them off to be made into clear trays for your teeth. After that it’s just putting the bleach in and whitening on a consistent basis. I recommend brushing and flossing before each treatment so the cracks get whiter too.
Here are my before and afters: ps I have different lipstick on and I have only done half the treatments for the after picture.
