What a better way to start out the new year than to have a fun photoshoot!!!! I was fortunate enough to get to do a shoot with the very talented Tyson French so I wanted it to be special. When choosing my wardrobe, I wanted it to show my funky personality as well as my “princess/freebird” spirit. Almost everything I wore had sentimental value to me; my leather jacket was from my study abroad in italy, my white hippie dress was my mothers graduation dress, and lastly the rings on my fingers were from my Grandma and my memorable trip to the dreamy land of Scotland. As for my hair, I got colored and cut by @imwhit and wanted to style it in a messy hair don’t care way so I just did it myself. I really wanted the shoot to be fun and careless and just down to earth in a simple place. Tyson said that makeup can make a world of difference in a shoot so I went to the one and only Katie Livingston who I had recently met on my fall styled shoot. I wanted a natural but contoured look with dramatic eyes and a soft lip and that is just what I got. It was fun being the one in front of the camera this time but I think I am much better directing than modeling haha.
