My Scarlett has become one of the most sweet, fun girls in this world. She has SO MUCH personality it is unbelievable. As I prepared for this party, I tried to think about what she loves right now and that is Unicorns! She is obsessed with horses and unicorns and therefore I thought that would be the perfect theme for her little family party. I did a balloon arch, (its becoming my staple haha) and added metalic balloons to switch things up a bit. And then put most of my time into the cake. I got good reviews so I feel like I could do fancy cakes more often. Overall we had such a great time celebrating Scarlett and how much she has grown and changed.
Most of you know that I have really struggled with being a mom at least the first year of Scarlett’s life. I had horrible anxiety about her PKU and her poor sleeping habits and fussy nature was very overwhelming for me. I feel like since this summer we have been able to grow a stronger bond. She is so happy now and sleeps much better (still not great but she is at least sleeping through the night). I cannot explain how much I love this little lady. She is my pride and joy and my greatest source of refinement and I could not live without her. Tyler and I are truly blessed to be her parents.
